Salon Policies
A 48 hour notice for cancellation of your scheduled services(s) is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged 25% of the service(s) booked to card on file. Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked to card on file.
NO SHOWS
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, will be charged the full amount of the service(s) reserved to card on file.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon 801-941-5362 and notify us. If you are more than 5 minutes late and we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the service(s) booked.
SERVICES
No refund policy on services completed. Complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion.
PAYMENTS
Cash or Card payment accepted.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are non refundable and are good for one year after the issued date.
CHILDREN
No children under the age of 13 are allowed in the salon during your appointment. Please make sure your children have a babysitter the day of your appointment. This is the salons policy not only for the child's safety, but to make sure every appointment goes in a smooth and timely manner for each client.
